Yesterday I worked on Thomas Applications and Personal Profile Analysis, one of the powerful technology in human resources widely used especially in large corporates. I’m not sure if there is similar application for small and medium companies, because profiling expertise for around $200 or $300 per person isn’t accessible for anyone. I bet software like this is used in large companies such Google, with more than 10′000 employer, this certainly need an efficient management with similar technologies.
I used especially the PPA feature, where you can generate executive summary, PPA profile, Personal review, strengths and limitations, compatibility, how to manage, ideal team report, team audit, management interview questionnaire, sales interview questionnaire, general questionnaire, management audit, sales audit, admin/tech audit, call center audit, training audit, candidate feedback, career guidelines, job evaluation (HJA), Job candidate - comparison, graphs and score. The Thomas’s dongle I have got more than 3000 usage available, but if you know other solution I’ll be very interested. And oups, I forgot to generate report for my own profile, I’m not sure if this could be useful for
