Just discovered this new website today via Sadri, its purpose is to create your own city. Kind of web-based Sim City but where you don’t have to worry about the city at all, just invite your friends and the city will increase its population by itself. I have created two cities Ezzahra and Djerba. There is a bulletin board with every city to interact with your city population. I just created the two cities so someone else won’t register it in another country, otherwise I don’t think it will be really fun. What do you think of such service ?
Yesterday one of our colleagues invited everybody for a dinner, somewhere in a desert place near Makkah, I just remember that it was outside the Haram limit of Makkah, not sure if it has a name. Meeting at 8pm, we went together to destination, the guide’s car first. The place was very nice, clean, prepared for such “jalsat”, only missing there a swimming pool and a gsm antenna. The problem in such places that the network is very low, mobily network doesn’t work at all, but there is a chance to get Jawal network at certain places only.
I took a picture of the “mobile place”, that’s where network is available. To make a call you have to turn on the speakers, and it works fine, the problem is when two are calling in the same time… Anyway the dinner was great, even that it was so dark and didn’t see anything, but kabsa should be always the same There was around 30 persons including kids, and 11 cars, our boss was there with his three kids so this morning it was tolerated to come working even at 10am some lucky ones are still sleeping until now zzzZZZ
I first discovered Lost series with the launch of MBC action, but I felt jealous when Mehdi told me that he’s at season 3 episode 18. While mbc action still slowly broadcasting the first season, I ordered Lost DVDs from amazon and it was lots of fun because there was a french translation.
Today I’m at the season 3 episode 10, and will probably finish the third season by the end of the week, but this is going to become annoying because season four, which will feature 16 episodes, is planned for February 2008. Until that time there are Dexter, Prison Break (thanks to Hannibal TV for broadcasting twice a week), and the season ten of Stargate SG1. Other suggestions anyone ?!
Bush as usual showing how silly he really is when he was welcoming today the Queen Elizabeth II he added 2 centuries to her quite respectable 81 years, he said that her last visit was “in 17 … er 1976″ !!! I guess she was not amused at all. Source Yahoo.
