Just noticed that UAE is currently the only arab country that paypal offer withdraw to it via a US Bank account or a card. Withdraw could be done to withdraw to a credit, debit, or prepaid card, really amazing !
I don’t know why Paypal continue to offer “Send” only feature in other countries, while I find it totally useless. You can do almost nothing with a paypal account, and even if you verify your account with a credit card, they will happily block your account and ask you to send verification document via fax or email.
Stupid enough to keep my KSA account blocked since last year, nothing urge me to verify something usless. Really I can’t wait for the withdraw feature.
