Yesterday I worked on Thomas Applications and Personal Profile Analysis, one of the powerful technology in human resources widely used especially in large corporates. I’m not sure if there is similar application for small and medium companies, because profiling expertise for around $200 or $300 per person isn’t accessible for anyone. I bet software like this is used in large companies such Google, with more than 10′000 employer, this certainly need an efficient management with similar technologies.
I used especially the PPA feature, where you can generate executive summary, PPA profile, Personal review, strengths and limitations, compatibility, how to manage, ideal team report, team audit, management interview questionnaire, sales interview questionnaire, general questionnaire, management audit, sales audit, admin/tech audit, call center audit, training audit, candidate feedback, career guidelines, job evaluation (HJA), Job candidate - comparison, graphs and score. The Thomas’s dongle I have got more than 3000 usage available, but if you know other solution I’ll be very interested. And oups, I forgot to generate report for my own profile, I’m not sure if this could be useful for
I find it by coincidence two months ago. I think this is something you should forget, someone will link you if there is a meetup or a group activity such the blank post, There is no need to say how worth a blank link is ! The concept of creating a link to a Tunisian blog is totally absent, expect in blogrolls. So conclusion, we have the worst ranking, only generate traffic between each others most of the time, and thanks to websites such TN-Blogs and TuniBlogs people will have hard time to find your blog on search engines. Don’t you think that there is something wrong, something missed ? Like the social web ?!

I have been working on this since November 2006, but after a recent interview with Keith Schacht, JobCoin CEO, I decided to switch their solution. It’s easy to customize, have the basic features and there is more advanced features coming, in addition to the distribution through widgets and feeds. Most important for me is to make the service work online so we can focus on other internal projects.
I’m also glad that JobCoin are adding many custom features for phpmagazine.net, this will help us to get maximum profit from the service and certainly all others publishers will profit from this in the future. Last night I saw Night at the Museum movie with Ben Stiller in the role of Larry. I was watching the movie with two other friends, and really wasn’t expecting so much fun ! It’s definitely a must see !! The story of a man who was looking for a job to stay near his son, but couldn’t find any. There was a last chance, to work as night guard at the Museum of Natural History. Everyone assigned to this job before didn’t stay more than one night, but for Larry he got the chance to stay 3 nights. Lots of science fiction, fun and history. I really didn’t see a GOOD movie since long time.
After turning off for a long period, Gravatar website is back working again with a new design more professional, easier confirmation and adding of new gravatars, in addition to the availability of premium accounts to add more email addresses for $10 per year. For a single account you can have up to two gravatars with an easy way to switch between them. What do you think better, I keep the current icons from website or support Gravatar ?
I just noticed today that Alexa added more detail in their stats including the percentage of visitor from each country in addition to the rank related. What I noticed is that only US based data is accurate, for example it’s displaying 29% of traffic from US for phpmagazine, I’m not sure for which period it have been calculated but it’s around 30 and 35% overall which is not too far. Germany show 10% which is absolutely wrong, we have lot of traffic from Germany but it’s less than 3% overall. I didn’t compared with other websites, but I’m sure that you’ll find always a very small margin in US results, certainly because the number of people using alexa toolbar is much higher in US things that give results more accuracy.
