Yesterday I was hearing helicopters surrounding in the sky, I thought it was normal since it’s Hadj season and they are maybe doing some preparations or so. But by night I heard at the barber that there was fire in an hotel close to the Haram, about 20m from the one which falls down last year in Gaza. The hotel was holding 2300 Hadj from Yemen, and I was a little worried because there was many hotels for Tunisians there. But fortunately the news confirmed today that there was no death registered, only 11 cases have been transferred to Zaher hospital for suffocation and they will be released today after being sure that they are alright. One of them is Tunisian, her name Hbiba Tlili and she’s fine now in the same hospital.

Notice that the Firefighters station is in Gaza about 200m away from the hotel itself, and there is another one about 500m in the same direction. This time officials announced the name of the hotels owner Adel Ktan, who have been forbidden from leaving the country.
