Finally there was no solution than moving to a dedicated server, and until we can find a suitable solution to move the whole website comments have been disabled on the whole network. Below latest usage of the website :
Average CPU%:- 0.88
Average MEM%:- 6.8
Top Process %CPU 57.0 /usr/bin/perl -w mt-comments.cgi
Top Process %CPU 55.0 /usr/bin/perl -w mt-comments.cgi
Top Process %CPU 41.0 /usr/bin/perl -w mt-comments.cgi

Memory should be below 3%, I don’t know how to monitor this in the current time, so the only solution I found is to disable comments. In the same time I’m taking backup of the whole website, who knows !! Unfortunately everything came always together, we’ll be certainly back with better service in the future.
