It’s really sad how Arabs living in US are treated today, when they go to their homeland they are a US tax-payer destroying people’s houses with your money, and when come back to the US, they are suspected terrorist and plane hijacker ! I was reading the story of Raed Jarrar which is really amazing ! Raed was wearing a tshirt with arabic transcript written on it in both english and arabic “Will Not Be Silent”, and was not allowed to take the airplane until he change it and wear another one. No legal issue at all, the only thing they told him that “Many people called and complained about his t-shirt”.
I was thinking about going to the ETel 2007 in San Fransisco in March 2007 as PHPMagazine.net is media Sponsor of the Event. But now I’m thinking thousands times about it, and sinceraly I’m not ready to talk with racist or ignorant people like this in airport. It’s not like Tunisia this july I was very welcomed by officiers and they didn’t even let me wait in the queue with others ! Moral of the story, I’m so distugsted to go anywhere ! I’m not sure if the news is really true, but anyway it sounds not bad if they find a way to do it. A Fox News guest proposed having a “Muslims only” line for airport travelers, an idea that “Dayside” co-host Mike Jerrick called attention to it so that viewers did not overlook the proposal. Conservative radio host Mike Gallagher suggested the idea during a segment Tuesday (August 15, 2006) with constitutional lawyer Michael Gross discussing racial profiling.
“Dayside” co-host Juliet Huddy set up the debate by noting that all terrorists have been Muslim extremists, and Jerrick claimed that some people oppose racial profiling as “politically incorrect.”
“It’s not just a matter of political correctness, please,” responded Gross. “It’s illegal, it’s unconstitutional, unethical, immoral, it shouldn’t be done. We do not in this country prejudge a person based upon their race, creed, color, country of national origin and it’s wrong to do so and it addition it’s not effective. It doesn’t work. It actually perpetuates the problem. That is, it separates us.”

Jerrick asked Gallagher to repeat what he said.
“It’s time to have a Muslims check-point line in America’s airports and have Muslims be scrutinized. You better believe it, it’s time,” Gallagher said, garnering tepid audience applause.
Of course we know Fox news and who’s behind it, but personaly even that the idea is very racist, I don’t know how they could make it in reality and I don’t find it very bad. Anyway after death there will be muslim-only lines, and I’m sure that in that day they would love if they joined that line. I don’t see anything to applause, it’s all sad news everywhere !
