Since today I’m officially in holidays, Yahooooo !!! I’ll be officially offline for almost one week since this sunday, or maybe even saturday. Hope you won’t find the time very long. January 2006 have been very busy month, it’s not common to have a busy january in my life, but this year there was lot of things to do, and lot that I’ll miss.

The first thing that I can’t attend is the Emerging Telephony conference, which will be hold from 24-26 january 2006 in San Fransisco. Hope I’ll be there for the next conf and really thank Surj for the invitation. It have been almost three years that I’m developping VoiceXML Solutions for PHP, and when a big event is hold I’m off, very wired !

The second meeting fortunately is online and will be hold this friday (tomorrow), as I have announced in the post before, I’ll have a speech about Code generators and it will be a first occasion to meet more members of the PHP4Arab community. I certainly know many names but never have the occasion to talk with them even online in a chat room.

The third thing is Amigolo, and yes ! I don’t know why it was time to launch it this month. Someone can explain me ? Amigolo is a new generation of social network with really big features and lot of fun ! It have been really long time that I was looking to launch such service and that time is coming. Today Amigolo is on, currently invite only and we’ll try to keep it a social network of trusted friends. Only people who know each other ! Something amazing to see the world like a big village of people knowing each others all of them grouped in one single site.

Fortunately I got a new moto (red vespa), otherwise I don’t know how I could survive in these days. Moving from a place to another which was taking 5min before is taking 1hour today on car. If I had a car I’ll just leave it on the road and keep walking, it’s faster ! On moto it won’t take 5min of course but at least 10min, while you see poor drivers waiting for their destiney. Of course I’m wearing a Gas mask, otherwise i’ll finish toxicated in two days.

well well welll, I need to go off again even that there is lot of other news that I didn’t talk about. So I’ll keep that for the next post
